Shaleen Cheah offers worldwide shipping by partnering with the local post in your country to complete deliveries.
Tracking: Shaleen Cheah offers international shipping which includes tracking. Kindly refer to the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your parcel. Delivery will be processed by our shipping partner between 3-5 business days.
Duties: Kindly note that all international deliveries may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs website for more information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
International
Customers outside of Malaysia are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back to Shaleen Cheah kindly:-
- 1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).

- 2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.

- 3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.
